Many establishments choose to have multiple Certified Safe Food Handlers. The ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification meets the requirements of the law.
The ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification is nationally recognized and accredited. To date, more than 3 million ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certifications have been awarded. Classes listed are available for registration.
Hoosier Hospitality Consulting (HHC) is proud to be a member, supporter, and partner of the Indiana Restaurant & Lodging Association. HHC offers the one day ServSafe® Food Protection Manager training class developed by the National Restaurant Association.
Enrollment is available for an entire 8-hour class, or for the exam session only. To enroll using your credit card, click on the "Add to Cart" button for the class that you wish to enroll in.
Each student will require a ServSafe® Manager Sixth Edition text book (formerly ServSafe Essentials) with exam answer sheet which can be ordered to the right. If you own the text book already, answer sheets can be ordered separately. Shipping and delivery is typically within 48 hours in Indiana, but order as early as possible to allow time for studying prior to the class. You must bring your text book and answer sheet with you to your class. PLEASE NOTE that all exam answer sheets are delivered upon attendance in class and NOT shipped.
Custom Class Scheduling
HHC can offer classes at your location and on your schedule. A minimum enrollment of five (5) people is required. Discounted class pricing is available for groups of ten or more. All sales on textbooks and answer sheets are final. Refunds are available for classes if requested at least 7 days in advance of the class. Class fees are non-refundable less than 7 days in advance of the class date, however you can move your enrollment to another upcoming class date. If you are unable to attend a class that you have enrolled in please contact Donald Vita at 317-650-1126 in order to move your enrollment to another upcoming class.
In the highly unlikely event that a class is cancelled for any reason you will be contacted by Hoosier Hospitality Consulting so that your enrollment can be rescheduled, or so that a refund can be issued. PLEASE NOTE that HHC guarantees that classes will NOT be cancelled for low enrollment, but may cancel a class or exam session if there is NO enrollment in advance.

ServSafe Certificates are printed by the National Restaurant Association. Students names are printed on their certificate using information supplied by the student on the ServSafe Exam Answer Sheet at the time of the certification exam session. Hoosier Hospitality Consulting cannot be responsible for misspellings.
ServSafe Certificates are shipped to students (or employers if applicable) within approximately 21 days of completion of the certification exam session. Certificates are shipped via the United States Postal Service to the mailing address that each student (or employer if applicable) supplies to Hoosier Hospitality Consulting at the time of the certification exam session.
Hoosier Hospitality Consulting cannot be held responsible for the successful delivery of the certificates to the supplied address, nor for the certificates being received in undamaged condition.
It is the sole responsibility of the student to order duplicate certificates or corrected certificates directly from the National Restaurant Association. It is also the sole responsibility of the student to pay any expenses associated with duplicate or corrected certificates.
