Additional Details
All ServSafe classes run from 8 a.m. to approximately 4:30 p.m. local time, followed by a two-hour exam session that begins around 4:30 p.m. The average student takes about an hour to complete the exam.
Important: We will hand-deliver your exam access code at the time of your exam; it will not be shipped. Note that ProctorU codes purchased directly from the National Restaurant Association must be used through ProctorU. For more details, visit ServSafe.com.
Policies
Please note that we do not accept walk-ins. You will receive a confirmation email with the detailed class and exam address within 24-48 hours of your order.
All registrations are valid for one year from the original class date. You may reschedule or transfer your registration to another individual at no extra cost, provided you have not previously attended the class.
Returns & Refunds
All sales on textbooks are final.
You can get a refund for a class if you request it at least 7 days before the class date. If you cancel less than 7 days in advance, the class fee is non-refundable, but you can move your enrollment to a future class. To reschedule, contact us at 317-447-4761.
In the rare event that a class is canceled by Hoosier Hospitality Consulting, you'll be contacted to either reschedule or receive a refund for the class.
